"We’ve stayed here many times as we love the walkable location. Have always overlooked the fact that it is very basic, but now it’s time to update! Had trouble turning the shower on & the handle came right off! The TV was horrible, nothing in the room matches (rug, comforters, walls), there was food in our garbage when we got there .. all fixable things that would make it more pleasant if addressed "

"This property is perfectly located for a great escape with friends and family. Once we arrived, we had no need to leave the house. The amenities, both indoors and outdoors, were fantastic, including the hot tub, pool, outdoor grill, basketball hoop, and putting green. We also appreciated having our groceries delivered via Instacart. However, there are a few areas for improvement: Given the cleaning fee, the cleanliness could be significantly better. The outdoor pool area needs an updated...

"We had a group of 12 - the house had plenty of space to sleep, play and just rest. The hot tub was very relaxing. We spent every night by the fire with plenty of chairs. Plenty of space for meal prep and dining. All the basics were included and made it easy to just relax and spend quality time with family. We were in the woods off any main roads so it was very quiet and private. We loved it and are planning to stay again. "

"We booked for one night with a few friends so that we could enjoy a night out. The property is very close to all the bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere. The room was exceptionally clean with plenty of space. We would book again if we ever planned to stay in ellicotville again. "

"Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "
