"My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend in December and absolutely loved it! The house is gorgeous, very clean, and a great place to hangout. The bedrooms and living room is cozy, and the kitchen was a great space for making meals. It’s conveniently located downtown, so you can walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking also was a breeze!"

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience staying at this property. We had a group of 17 girls and each and every one of us couldn’t stop raving about the house and all of the amenities. "Property was clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool and foosball table was a hit with everyone. Rooms were nicely set up and felt very homey. Upstairs was warm (I don’t think there was any air conditioning) but it worked out for us because we only used it for sleeping. Fans available in the rooms and open windows during the night cool it to a comfy temperature. We were happy with our stay!"

"Friday morning while setting in the living room a young man showed up driving a dark colored car walked up sees my car looks in window sees a 12year old girl setting on the couch and without knocking proceeded to unlock the door and tried to enter. I stopped him but he kept saying he was there to check the plumbing. This is not acceptable. He had the codes and could enter at any time. I won't be staying again"

"The house was in a great location. The house was clean. Not far from restaurants and the downtown area. The neighborhood was quiet. Jay was very responsive. I would love to stay there again if in the area. "

"We enjoyed a nice long weekend stay and were able to bring our boat and our dog. Nice parking with plenty of room for our trailer, our car and a guests car when needed. The public boat launch is only 10 minutes away. The cottage is dated but has a nice updated bathroom downstairs. Only a queen bed in the small downstairs bedroom made it kinda tight. The ceiling fan needed cleaned. Turned it and leading edge dust buildup blew on the bed. The stairs going to the upstairs bedrooms were small and...

"This is the second time staying there it was alittle bit smaller than before and the blanket had some stains and no table to each for two and a chair keeping the extra shut which was strange so my experience was different but I will probably try it once more to make a final decision whether I like it as a whole and swimming pool with kids I almost fell because of all the water in the hallway and elevator. I twisted my knee and I limped the rest of my time there so it wasn’t best but it wasn’t the worst but I am still hurting so my trip was cut short. "
