"The property was damp and not clean to sleep in with the children’s bed being covered in dust when weight was put onto it. Furniture in the bedroom was green with mold spores. We only stayed a night as we arrived late even though we had booked for four as the smell of damp was cloying and overwhelming and the accommodation frankly unihabitable. "We hebben een fantastische week gehad, eigenlijk te kort voor alle bezienswaardigheden rondom. Een fijn en schoon zwembad, veel privacy en heel vriendelijke eigenaren. Er werd voorzien in beddengoed en zelfs (bad)handdoeken, je kan er ook dagelijks je was draaien en drogen in de wasruimte, deze is open vanaf de vroege ochtend tot later in de avond. Er is airco in de keuken en woonkamer aanwezig alsook in de slaapkamer beneden en 1 slaapkamer boven. de 3e slaapkamer heeft geen airco, daar bevindt...

"The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. Very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in 3 years."

The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The house offers interesting spaces, from large kitchen for group cooking to 2 living rooms, play areas, the 6-bed kids room and obviously a stunning outside area. "We stayed at the house for 2 weeks in Aug 24. House was exactly as advertised. Check in process was easy and the owner lives next door and was happy to assist with any issues. He also visited the property early each morning to clean the pool. The location is quite remote but it's very peaceful and has lovely views over the neighbouring vineyards. If you want a quiet and peaceful break deep in the Ardeche then we highly recommend"

"House was terrible to find. Map the host sent us was unreadable. If we had typed in 'caravan lagorce' in our GPS we shoupdn't have had any problem. But that was our only bad remark: everything else was great."
