"This has always been my goto hotel in South Mumbai. Quiet, convenient, great service and pleasant rooms. The Niumad (sp?) at the Business Centre was extremely helpful with our need for shipping and packaging of stuff. Till next time. Albeit, some confusion as i has settled full bill the night before, early morning i was asked to settle for an additional breakfast which they had seemed to has an error in their system. I refuses to pay as all bills were settled. Their error. A bit surprising....

"The stay was truly amazing. The staff were so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase. The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks. The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint. The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too."

"This is a very nice hotel on the Mumbai waterfront. I got a room on the 30th floor that had a wonderful outlook of the ocean and coast. Lovely. Calming. "The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...
