"Beautiful hotel lots of staff close to airport. Only minor complaint is hotel website said “The shuttle bus stop is at Gate 3 & 12 for Terminal 1”. It isn’t its only from 3C. It goes every 30 min. on 5 min past the hour and half hour. Not 10 min. Otherwise excellent service."

"Worth staying at if you don't mind taking the train to get to Seoul for tourism travels (takes an hour via train) ... but very quick if you really need to get to Incheon Airport on your day of departure since it only takes about 15 minutes (if it's not during busy hours) since Unseo Station is walking distance. Also the staff are very friendly and the room we stayed at is well-maintained and clean! Location itself is near a Lotte Mart and many restaurants. Felt safe being around that area too!...
