"We booked a 5 day stay, first time in Negril and relying solely on the reviews of previous visitors. Travellers helped with airport transport and transport to some excursions. The hotel property is very lovely, it’s green and modern without compromising its beach atmosphere. The property is undergoing renovations and that’s why I haven’t 4/stars; no doubt it will be spectacular when completed. The room was comfortable, bathroom as well and we had a balcony surrounded by lush trees and a view of the lawn. My hubby and I used the gym and it was equipped with the standard equipment..we liked it and it was a main reason why we booked our stay. The beach is secure, there is a security guard and numerous staff about so you never feel unsafe on the beach.. important for single lady travellers:). The food and service and nightly entertainment were also great! The service of the front desk was staff highly professional and they were responsive tour our questions. Overall this is a modern hotel owned managed by three brothers who have put their heart and soul in its expansion. We were equally pleased and impressed by the quality of Travellers Beach Resort. My hubby and I are looking forward to return trip in the future. One love❤️🏖️"

"I’ve stayed at two other nearby properties before my stay at CocoLaPalm. And CocoLaPalm is by far the best. Very attentive of their property upkeep. Everything that you need right there close by. Store bank good restaurants taxis. It’s definitely gonna be my go to resort when I visit Negril"

"Proximity to the beach and restaurants nearby was a plus! Staff was very nice and friendly. I took off a star only cause there were times it was hard getting someone at the front desk by phone. Breakfast was definitely on point! Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Negril!"
