Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Arrived at 3 pm then spent two hours before they find me a room , very dirty. Smelly colored towel. Roaches and other insects. No customer service to talk to . Dirty microwave . No customer service available to even ask for a bottle of water. Very disappointed
