" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."

"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. "If you are traveling anywhere near this hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bar and restaurant were some of the best we experienced all over Italy. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. The Spa services were a dream - multiple different saunas with different temperatures, beautiful pool and hot tub, and a lounge room with swings, beds, and relaxation music. "The 2 nights stay at Stadt Hotel was excellent. Staffs were friendly & kind. Check in was fast, and the apple strudel welcome dessert was excellent. Piazza Walther was just 2 minutes walk & surrounding were filled with good restaurants. My first impression with Bolzano was great. "

"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. "One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, pretty modern. We arrived hours after the normal check in time of around 2-3pm. We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions.
