"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Oulton Hall. We especially loved using the swimming pool and spa, the food at the breakfast was also very nice. Parts of the hotel were not looked after properly and needed updating, e.g toilet and changing rooms weren’t in the best condition over time. Some of the staff were friendly but this was not always the case and we didn’t get the warm welcome we would have hoped for in a 4 star hotel. This let down our experience for what could have been beautiful...

"It was comfy and warm inside, need to updage the menus in the rooms as they state the menu is availabe 24/7 however when asked it was only 2 items of the menu available after 11pm.
