"The hotel is nice a clean. However after checking in I wasn’t informed how to proceed to my room. It is very confusing to find a room. Nobody told me that first I need to take an elevator to the first floor. Then you have to find another eleven to your floor. The hotel has 2 different buildings which has 2 different elevators. "1st time stay at the Barbizon Palace, and we enjoyed it. We have been to Amsterdam 10 times so we have stayed at a few different hotels. Great location and the staff was very helpful. Hotel and room we nice and overall 4 1/2 to 5 star quality. Only possible downside is we had a great room on the side street, so it was loud at night till 2am, but they did provide earplugs...lol.. it was a plus..The hotel is is the redlight district amd central to everything. I would stay again.."
