Very short walk to bus. Took no. 38 and from the station no. 52 train to Central Very quiet and beds were comfortable Only 1 tiny pillow, however on request received another.

Location is close to a bus station, however it's personally not at a beautiful location. Hotel looks a bit old, but got a charm to it. Rooms are clean and quiet. AC works fine. Staff is courteous

Much more economical that staying in the middle of Amsterdam night life. Just a short bus ride and subway ride from central station. We got all the experience and half the cost. I mean seriously. You are there to tour, not pay for a room.

My train was cancelled so I spent the day there chilling and organising the next part of my travels. Angel was awesome!! She spent ages talking with me, made the wait go fast! She also let me use the dryer for my washing! The young guy who does the late shift was awesome too, sorry can’t remember his name!

Old rundown, dirty hotel. Far away from subway station. Pictures are not correct. If at all 1 star. No computer work station. Tv doesn’t work. No A/C . Front desk employee very rude and not helpful.

The person who cleaned our room, left our door open the entire day. We left early in the morning and came home in the evening to find the door open to our room. It was never closed after the cleaning was there earlier in the day. Nothing was missing, luckily, but not a nice surprise when returning to the hotel. The halls were very, very dirty and the same dirtthat was there when we arrived, was there when we left 5 days later. There were spiderwebs in the top corner of the room when we arrived and the floor was very dirty in the corner. The bed sheet could only JUST cover the bed, so you would often wake up in a bed without sheets, because the sheets couldn't be folded under anything. Finally, the people who worked there, seemed as if customer service was the very least of their concerns. We tried to talk to them about some of this, but was dismissed right away. NOT a good experience

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Je voelt je welkom 😊. Accomodatie is wel wat gedateerd. In de gang naar de kamers is gerookt 😖. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar goed. Kamer goed schoon en ruim. Douche nieuw en schoon. Heerlijk. Parkeren voor de deur!

Comfort kamer Het hotel staat in een gebied waar er dagelijks van 09.00-19.00 uur betaald parkeren is. Inchecken ging gemakkelijk, medewerker was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Positieve punten kamer: - Goede douche, harde straal en goed warm - Grote spiegel en goede wasbak in de badkamer - Goede handdoeken - Prima bed, goed in te slapen - Smart tv met kanalen maar ook de optie voor YouTube en/of Netflix - Koelkastje aanwezig, stond wel uit en zag er niet helemaal schoon uit - Verwarming werkte gewoon goed - Genoeg verlichting in de kamer - Uitchecken was makkelijk, ongeacht het tijdstip - Genoeg openbaar vervoer in de omgeving - Centrum van Amsterdam makkelijk te bereiken - Meerdere ramen in de kamer die open kunnen. Goede gordijnen. Minpunten kamer: - Nadat ik had ingecheckt en ik het hotel even wilde verlaten ging mijn deur niet meer op slot. Was gewoon open te doen, zonder pasje. - Op iedere verdieping kom je deuren tegen waarvan het lijkt dat je een pasje nodig hebt, ze zijn alleen gewoon open te doen. - Kluisje in mijn kamer werkte niet. - Plafondplaten rondom de airco hingen los - Warmte in de badkamer na het douchen is moeilijk weg te krijgen - 1 van de lampen naast het bed werkte niet. - Ik had één van de nieuwere kamers (gok ik) maar het is wel duidelijk te zien dat het een wat oudere hotel is. Daar is de prijs ook naar. Al met al vind ik het een oké hotel voor een nacht of een weekendje. Ik zou er zelf niet voor langere tijd verblijven. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verho
