"This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."
