They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours, but for the price point & the comfort, it's a give & take. "Hotel was great. The room with the harbour view was as described. The only downside was the lift system. It just took long at times to use."

"We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. The size of the room is huge. The kitchen area was handy as we could make some simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. And, of course, the view was stunning. The government has initiated a new green policy so no toiletries are provided, although you do have the option to purchase some at the front desk or at nearby shops. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again."

"location not too bad, in front of tram stop ( coming from CWB Wanchai areas ) & next to SheungWan Mtr exit. main one way street behind 5 aside soccer ground has alot of food options. room 1106 was a large suite. Helpful staff helped me reset digital safe twice in 10mins. Clean room during stay. Use alley side-entrance to enter property, lobby is 7f."

"Location, location, location. This hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the MTR Sheung Wan station. It is also about 10 to 15 minutes from the Central pier complex which you can use to go to Kowloon, Lantau, Macau, and other places. There is a western style market maybe 30 feet from the entrance to the hotel. The "cons" are that they don't offer traditional hotel service like everyday cleaning although the towels are changed daily. There is no room service and its kind of a DIY hotel. I think...
