This place is clean, has a good lock on the door, is close to the Mong Kok MTR station and the bed is thin but comfortable.
The biggest issue is that the shower and toilet are usable with difficulty due to plumbing issues. I just used toilets at restos/malls. I had a room with windows so it got noisy.
For the price, I feel like I got my money's worth. I would recommend this place if you need a quick stay. I would also recommend washing yourself with soap and a wet cloth instead of using the shower.

It was affordable and staff was polite and available 24/7
Host is lovely. Place hard to find. Ordered a double room she gave me a single. Wifi good. Sink blocked and was full of hairs quite disgusting. Walls are paper thin so good luck sleeping. Work going on outside room

It was a little room but enough for a short stay in Hong Kong. The staff was very friendly and the roll was very clean. The bathroom is little with a shower head, small but again, it was okay for a short stay (2 days). Not ideal for a longer stay.

The third time i've stayed in this hotel. Tiny room but adequate enough to crash out at the end of each long day in HK. Fantastic location located adjacent to main shopping areas in Mong kok.
Reception does not speak a bit english. I am use to travel and understood that after few phone call things would be ok. But still asked a lot of patience.
Bed are super hard. They dont change nor clean the bzd sheet and pillow looking at how dirty and smelly it was.
The room is small but just like any others in this area. You can find a good service and clean hotel for the same price. To avoid

Renovation work upstair which create inconvenience for the following :-
1) Lift use for renovation work
2) Noisy due to renovation work
Run down hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location
Arrived at around 2.30am in the morning. There was no signage to indicate where the reception was except for a picture of a hand pointing to the right of the 5th Floor. We found out by luck where it was. The door to the reception desk was closed, so we panicked and thought we had to sleep out in the street. Fortunately, the door was not locked and we managed to get in. Hong Kong is a cosmopolitan country, there should at least be some English signages to point to the reception area and door should not be closed.
Hong Kong can be pricey for hotels. I would spend more money and avoid this place. I will say that the room itself was very clean. No one spoke a work of English, which can be a big deal in HK. The room was clean, but everything around it (hallways, etc.) were full of junk. The elevator didn't work for all four days and I don't think it's worked for years.
Spend a bit more and have a better experience.
The location is good but that comes at a cost of noise. for our family of 4 one night would be the max we could spend in such confined space.

Very convenient location.
Surprise the building was under construction. Only one of the two lifts were available. Difficult to go up and down to the hotel.

Overall is good. But I would like to ask the room charge is $608.85. The debit cost from my account was $779.39. I would like to know why? That amount was debit from my account on 21 of November . That is impossible.
Thank you.
