"A beautiful place, the room was well set out with beautiful facilities. Set high in the mountains. We were in the new building, lots of stairs to negotiate. "A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. "I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes.
