"Beautiful room and location. Lovely spa experience. Enjoyed the different flavoured water options on the beach. I didn’t enjoy the food I thought it was very average and not fresh. The staff were nice. I would say this hotel is 3-4 stars definitely not 5 star experience."

Unfortunately we have experienced some building noises right next to the pool (they were building another restaurant during open hours?) which really disturbed our time near the pool, as well as the halls were painted at the same time limiting access to the rooms. "Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent.
