"Staff was professional and friendly, I was allowed early check in into the hotel room by one of the receptionists; Sami I guess that was his name.My room was spacious, very clean, modern design, quiet. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi signal would drop once I approach the bathroom and when I requested a room with a king size bed I was facing the wall from the window. I definitely recommend the hotel and for sure come back for further visits. "

"I like their customer service, very friendly and responsive. I called at 3 am and requested some tea bags ,they delivered it quickly. Cleaning stsff very nice and friendly. Overall very clean and near to haram abd shopping. Will stay again."
