"Having seen a lot of goof reviews of this casa, I felt a completely different experience. First of all, the environment around the casa is poor and the facilities inside the room were dilapidated and malfunctioning. Additionally, the service is very concerning. The owner Alay and his wife were irresponsible and were attempting to overcharge all the services that they provided, pretending that they didn’t understand English. "Super nice owner. He arranged a ride for me during a day's long blackout and I knew it wasn't easy to do. The room is very clean. I feel perfectly safe. The bathroom is huge and amazing. The pool area with the patio is a really unheard of treat in Matanzas! "
