"Outlr top floorappartment was very well appointed and stylishly decorated with comfy beds, good little kitchen and large balcony with a180 degree view. Couldn’t fault any of that. Just as we were leaving after onlybone night's stay the loo wouldn't flush. No phone to call reception and when I went down to use the loo there there was no one around. "It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. "At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great. We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again."

"This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

What a lovely place

"Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!"
