The staff was very helpful arranging for a rental car when Thrifty always seemed to be closed, and when we tried to check in with American Airlines and couldn't get through. "The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing and clean. Super comfortable bed. Plenty of space. The staff at this hotel are all nice and friendly , and if you are lucky at check in you will get Blondell. She greats you like you are old friends and makes you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here for couples or families . Full kitchen in the room as well made out stay even better . "

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "
