"Great place to stay in the heart of Nazare` and just steps from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from when not chilling on the beach. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We loved spending time on the balcony and could even see the ocean from there. "The unit was clean and in a good location with ample parking. It was a nice size for our family of four with easy access to the beach (about a 10 minute walk) restaurants and shops. São Martinho is a great beach for families as the cove prevents the really big waves found at Nazare and other beaches. Would definitely return!"

"Perfect location, close to everything! The check in process was a breeze and they even took time to give us a quick debrief of the area. The only things that could have been described better in the listing is that although it is a “first floor” apartment you do have to walk up a tight staircase to get in. We were fine but carrying our luggage was not easy. Parking was terrible. The place was very clean and all we needed for a quick trip. I wpuld recommend staying here!"

"Place was nice, had dark shutter/blinds. Large kitchen with 2 bathrooms. Had a washer and a nice outdoor deck. Had a dishwasher and kitchen utensils. There was AC unit though we didn't use much. There is a pool, ambient temperature. We walked to town center regularly and to the beach. Took day trips to various tourist areas."

"We had a bit of a problem when we arrived. First, the property address was not entirely correct and our Google Maps and Apple Maps took us to a place about a half mile from the property. We did not have a phone number for Joachim and when we called Homeaway, they couldn't locate him immediately. We found the property on our own by cruising the neighborhood, but had no way to get in. "Family of 5 stayed for 5 nights in August. Apartment was in a great location and was very clean. The area was known to us but has become very busy since we were last there. The children loved the evenings in the sqare and the many beach days even though we were on yellow or red flag. Restaurants were incredibly busy."

"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again."
