" I had a very pleasant two-night stay at Eurostars Lucentum during a brief weekend break from Friday night to Sunday morning. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would definitely consider staying here again. "Very very clean. Modern hotel. Large room. (Would benefit from having coffee/ tea making facilities). Handy location 15 minutes from Airport. Super breakfast cost 17€. Parking 15€ but lots of free parking in the area."

"Good value for a cheap weekend. Staff were nice and room was clean. Only downside is no kettle in the room which is a pain. However free coffee downstairs at reception but not during breakfast and only the one machine. The location is good, right in the centre. Airport bus stop almost directly across the road."

"The hotel exterior and entrance is looking very tired. The awful fragrance being used makes it smell like a care home! The rooms though are fabulous inside with the only issue was having very little hot water for our showers. Do try the Spa it is absolutely beautiful and a bargain at 25 euros each. You must pre book though. It’s a perfect location for exploring Alicante We have stayed here before and will stay again just don’t let the exterior put you off. "

"Hotel was situated in a quiet area but close enough to the beach,supermarket and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Buffet breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was included and good value with something for everyone. Evening meal was €20 per person but again you could eat as much as you wanted . Note that they do charge for water in the evening. The pool area is lovely with good sunbeds. Used the sky bar too with a small pool on the roof and comfortable seating. I travelled with a friend so we had a twin room which was clean and comfortable with memory foam mattresses and walk in shower which was hit and powerful. Disappointed that we didn't get a balcony as the hotel wasn't full and it would have been a nice touch by the hotel to upgrade us. They offered but wanted €60 so we refused . Bar staff were fab. Would stay again "
