"We had a great stay here and a fantastic holiday. Ralph made the whole process very smooth and gave great recommendations for the local area. The villa was perfect for us- clean, well equipped and close to beaches, shops and restaurants. We loved it and hope to return!"

"Had a really nice stay at this villa. It’s tucked away in a small town about 20 minutes outside of Sintra and offers a lot of privacy. The view of the ocean is stunning and the hosts are very responsive. "I would highly recommend this place. However, if you are traveling in the winter, you should know that there is no central heating and there are only two portable electric radiators to warm the apartment. So, it got pretty cold. There is also know laundry machine, so if you are traveling with kids for a longer stay, that can be problematic. Other than those two things, the place is perfect. So if those are not an issue, then you should 100% try and book this property. "

The house was dirty, poorly equipped, and had multiple issues: a filthy pool, leaking faucet, unusable washing machine, ant-infested mattresses and dirty, and low water pressure, toilet was blocked for all the week. "We booked this because I wanted to be near the sea = we were actually high up on a rocky promontory but that was fine, view was great and we were not in the midst of loads of people. One issue is parking - we had no trouble but I can see during busy times that there may be. But there seems to be enough, just need to be creative. The house was clean and has everything - no AC but with the sea air, probably no need,. It does take time to get used to the European way of heating water for showers...

"An incredible home in an incredible area. There is so much to do nearby but yet we found that our favorite thing to do in the whole country was coming back to this villa after a day of wandering about. We will find a way to make it back one day."

"The location was good not to noisy or busy. Didn't realise it was right next to Benfica stadium and there were a couple of matches on while we were there. Bathroom was knackered, sink area needs replacing as water damaged over a long period of time. One dishwasher tab provided and a tea towel. No oven gloves or and other kitchen cleaning stuff. "The apartment is good with plenty of space and the room is very quiet. The staff are very friendly. Outside it can be noisy since there are many bars nearby. The bathroom only has body wash/shampoo combo and nothing else."

Definitely stay here again.

"What a cute little hotel. We had a deluxe room facing the Praca. There was a small sitting area, well equipped bathroom and super comfy bed (I know - that’s subjective). We also appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. We’d definitely stay here again. Just be aware, the entrance is basically on the back side of the building, not on the Praca. Not a problem, it just took us a few minutes to figure out where to go. Also there are several flights of stairs to reception and likely your room. The entire place looks new and updated except the stairs. "

"This was the most amazing hotel! All of the staff were friendly and helpful even though it is a large hotel. We were on the 22nd floor with a view of all of Lisbon including the Golden Gate Bridge look alike. Antonio, our concierge was the most delightful young man. He helped us with all our plans and got us the best tours and dinner reservations. He was excellent at his job and we loved him. Our doorman was also really helpful and kind. You don't usually make such personal connection at a large hotel but this was the exception. The staff made our trip very memorable and helped us love Lisbon!! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"We really liked the stay here, close to airport, staff were great, breakfast had lot of options and good, nothing to complain, had coffee and tea for us to enjoy when we got back. They had some candy, cinnamon cookies, apples for evening snacks. You get 2 bottles of water free per day. Parking needs to be paid from 9am to 7pm, but we were out anyway during that time exploring Lisbon. It would be nice if they could provide microwave so we can warm up any leftovers."
