"This was a very nice property in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped. The place had a large living area. We liked the table games that were available as well as the jigsaw puzzle which we put together. We did a creek walk to see the refreshing waterfalls on the property."

"We found the house to be just as described if not better. It is beautifully decorated. They have provided the small details that make the stay very nice. The beds are comfortable and extra blankets are available for comfy movie watching on the couch. We were so pleased with the location and how close the house is to Burgess falls. We can't think of anything that they could do to make the stay any better than it already is. We were completely happy."

"We had our children and grandchildren together for a week in this beautiful home. Spacious and also a separate space make it the perfect accommodations. The house is located on Center Hill Lake which was so fun! Would definitely rent here again. Stunning!"

"This pretty home was wonderful! Clean, nice decor, nice china, glasses, cups, etc. Anything you might need. Above all is the best host ever!! Quick to reply to a phone call, and give help if needed. Makes every effort to give you a quiet, lovely place, good neighborhood, etc. Definitely would visit Sparta again. "

"Wanting to get away, but stay close enough to haul our boat w/ us, we decided on this nearby location. Everything was precisely what we expected. Easy access to Center Hill lake and Cookeville Boat Dock made for more time on the water. Our 3 boys loved it and there was not shortage of space for them to safely roam free. Highly recommended for a quick, very accessible getaway from NSHVL. "

"The house was fantastic and met all our needs. It was stocked with everything we needed, and more! The host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely recommend this place to others. "

"We stayed here 1/18-20 as we were far from home looking to purchase in the area. Our host, Jodi, was so warm and welcoming from our initial messaging through the end of our stay. She was so helpful and gave us a lot to think about moving there. We even got a little snow which being from FL are not accustomed to, but it looked like an idyllic winter wonderland, and she made sure we were prepared for the cooler temps and even gave us an update on the roads as she knew we planned to venture out...

It was just my husband and I and we found ourselves wishing our grandkids were with us so we could take advantage of all the home had to offer. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked!"

"The house is not what we were expecting after looking at the photos. The house is historic, but it needs a lot of updating and has a very dark, old feeling. Bugs were found in the kitchen, front bedroom, and bathroom including small roaches, spiders, and stink bugs. The mattress in the front bedroom is an old spring mattress and very uncomfortable. Stink bugs and spiders were in the front bedroom. The kitchen supplies were old and outdated, and we saw small roaches crawling around. The den couch...
