"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. "Los Naranjos is the most wonderful place to stay. Beautiful scenery, very relaxing & peaceful…bird song is virtually all you will hear. Ideally you need a car, the online map showed it on the edge of town so we were rather bemused on arrival….however, Alex is the perfect host, so kind & helpful, nothing is too much trouble, he arranged for us to have a designated driver so we were able to get out & about. Garcin has a good variety of bars & restaurants, many are very good quality & value....
