"Friendly welcome, smooth check in (used to be hotel receptionist so appreciate that all the more). Comfortable room with everything I needed - extra heater did make it a tad hot but OK once that off (woman of age with internal heating). Slept so well I overslept. Food at all conference events was great as was service. Slight issue with shower head pointing the wrong way and spraying the floor - operator error). Quick swim and steam refreshed me - had I not overslept, would have been down early doors. Noise from Rock City was not unreasonable - couldn,t find the suggested earplugs though - and I never go away to do the ironing - but a welcome addition."

"Stay here quite often as I work in the area. Large, safe car park (free). Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Room clean and modern. Buffet breakfast from 6:30 which is always nice with plenty of choice. "
