"We had a great week here and the villa was perfect for our family from 2 to 64 years old. The pool and Jacuzzi were great, and the outlook from the comfortable sun loungers was excellent too and it was nice to not be overlokked.The location was favourable with a well stocked intermarch supermarket around 10 minutes walk away aswell as bars and restaurants."

"Gorgeous villa home from home everything we needed was there had a lovely time very quiet location but near enough to walk to the beach and restaurants which we did every day we had the pool heated and that was a great bonus. The whole expereince was made so easy by the support of Martin, he organized the boat tour and the fantastic meal at allgarbe restaurant. Highly recommended!!!"

"Lovely quiet location and great pool and living area. Main problem was the size of the supposed double bed in the main bedroom. It was not a full size double bed but was what is known as a junior double and the width was just over 1.2 metres Width which for two adults is not big enough. "Very nice villa with all facilities. An amazing swimming pool with a beautiful view. Well situated near Loule which is a living small city not too much polluted by hordes of tourists. We had some technical issues but the level of service of Seashell which was managing the house was reactive and excellent. "Villa perfect and great size for 6 people. Walk to marina about 25 mins and 15 to the supermarket which is fine however feels long way uphill in 30 degree heat ! Pool good size and perfect temperature. In lovely cul-de-sac however barking dogs were a bit annoying when they all start each other off. Would return."

"The villa looks great from the road. The gate is extremely awkward to lock. The place was clean inside and had clean bed wear linen and towels. The pool was quite dirty with debris and the pump and filter didn't work properly the pool was also tatty. Lovely and spacious, clean and fully equipped Villa. 10-15 min stroll to local restaurants. 20 mins walk to supermarket. 20-25 min walk to local beach ( Bit hilly in places ) Towels changed half way through our stay. "We had an absolutely phenomenal time at the Patio Hotel. My husband and I went with our two young children (11m and almost 3yo).
