"Lovely property. The room was clen and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and lovely to walk around. It is hard to park nearby but you can park closer to the centre of the town. The shared kitchen is very nice and well equipped and the shared bathroom as well. Very nice find and will most come back."

"We had a wonderful family holiday at Finca Craig. One week towards the end of October 2024. 6 adults and children aged 7 and 4 years old and an infant 5 months. The house has great accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen. With the mixed ages having 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs was ideal. Also a good sized heated swimming pool was perfect in the changeable weather. Lovely views over the village of Rotova to the hills. Short walk to the village which was very friendly but not touristy. Nearest town, Gandia, has a fantastic beach with free parking nearby. Many thanks to Menno and David who welcomed us on arrival, dealt with any queries very promptly and were excellent hosts. "We felt fortunate to find an available room at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo during la Fira de Tots Sants. Lars and his team were very hospitable as was their young cat, Tita, who was loving and playful with my daughter. We loved the charm of Lars' and his wife's 300 year-old renovated building. Their eye for simplicity and style made returning to our room and waking up a pleasure! Our stay ticked all of the boxes: It was on the festival pathway (any noise from passersby stopped by around 10pm), comfortable mattresses, white absorbent large bath towels, modern amenities and a marvelous heated floor in the bathroom. Our room, #2 was very spacious with a small balcony on the street side. We explored upwards and found a communal sun room as well as a rooftop patio that were the "icing on the cake". Our breakfast each morning was served on time and with great care and generosity and in the most beautiful dining/lounge area. Cocentaina is a charming town made more enjoyable by our stay at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo. We will return! "

"El Pao was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. However there were some things that we did not expect. I stayed in the room with the bubble. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. I had the idea that this would be a “bed in breakfast” but because the room could only be accessed by the spiral stairs, the breakfast could not be brought up to the room. I would not recommend the room with the bubble during summer because there is no ventilation and it is very hot in there. Making it impossible to go in during the day and okay at night. Although you could go in at night, you’d have to leave in the morning because it would start to get hot. Besides that, the room was gorgeous. My favorite feature was the tub in the center of the room. The balcony area with the bubble was also very nice and big, area to tan and lay as well which I appreciated. The breakfast was also delightful and they had good coffee. I think the ventilation in the air bubble was the biggest let down because we barely used it, I was so excited for it but it was too hot for me and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. This could be my fault for lacking common sense but it’s also summer, maybe put something in there during the summer? We did ask for a fan and were provided one, which was very nice but it still didn’t do much. But the bed in there was super comfy. Overall, I would give this place a 8/10. I am very grateful to stay"

"Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! You are expected to be on the internet all the time for their updates ! It is no good expecting mail to be read whilst you are en route? and especially after having arrived. Too obsessed with technology!! Room like a shoebox. Toilet in bed room. No privacy . Owner discovered to enter room when we are not in!! Check the cancellation policy as is misleading. No integrity. Room was clean but It is like sleeping in a garage. Concrete floor! No idea where pool is in the advertising ! Bare minimum services to get maximum money. How they get"exceptional" reviews is quite bizarre ? and makes you wonder if genuine."
