"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return."

It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. "Came to Harrogate for a few days and this place was perfect. Has everything you need. It’s clean and the host was very very helpful with great communication. Location is easy to get into Harrogate and even in the snow storm I could walk into the centre as the buses were suspended. There’s a shop at the end of the road and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Can highly recommended."

Kitchen had everything, inc. a cafetière, salt & pepper grinders, dedicated drawer of superbly sharp knives(!) & a resident kitchen spider who earnt her keep by catching a mosquito! The bed is huge - could easily fit 3 people! (Duvet cover is a bit noisy/rustles like taffeta when it moves, so light sleepers with partners prone to nocturnal limb flailing might be kept awake by this. "Went for two nights mid-week with my partner and our dog to celebrate my birthday. Lovely little well kept and decorated property. With nice touches like fresh eggs, milk, homemade cakes and fresh flowers when you arrive. Literally on a working farm with all of the hustle and bustle you would expect, but it still felt private, with great views over the fields. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked both nights we were there. Plenty of walking spots nearby and unrestricted use of the hot tub. "
