"Let’s cut through the chase. This is a bargain hotel. The best price in Écija. As such one shouldn’t expect that much. For what I expected, I give it 5 stars. Very clean. Restaurant downstairs. Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t open until 8pm but I drove to Supermercado in the town where you can buy fresh cooked chicken etc! There was a bit of traffic noise overnight but generally we had a good overnight stop!"

"Lovely old property right on the walls of the Mezquita. Room was very clean, huge for a standard with a large sofa as well as a medium sized double (not a 6' wide but plenty big enough), bathroom very clean. Good breakfast buffet in basement. Took off one star as could not get the A/C to make any difference, room very hot. Luckily in February it was a minor annoyance, but because the windows open onto the covered patio could be terrible in summer! Staff very welcoming and storage for luggage...
