"Abit of nightmare getting. From new part the old part of Benidorm. Had a o get taxi €12. Put kettle on and it fused all my he electric. No directing on how to use cooker. Didn’t know where to put the rubbish at end of stay. It didn’t say a school was 20 yards away. Noise all day, also shutters got stuck halve way "

"Lovely property right on the beach in La Vila Joiosa which is a magical town. Good facilities, can sit on balcony and watch those swimming and be in the sea in a couple of minutes. Very quiet but the one bad feature is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. There is a streetlamp that is more like a searchlight that is on the external walk of the bedrooms. There are shutters but they are ineffective so bring your thick eyeshades. Putting up some dark curtains would make it 5*. Nonetheless we...

"nicely appointed flat with everything needed for a 10 week stay.kitchen excellently equipped.WIFI excellent .lovely balcony with view of sea. it accommodated 6 guests comfortably with 1 double bedroom en suite Directions to flat confusing and offputting. Unexpected request to pay seperately for water and electricity after the flat was booked.We had to request additional bedding as we stayed 10 weeks and therefore needed to change sheets.This was delivered. "Appartement bien situé, près des place et du tramway. Piscine dans la residence bien entretenue, jeux pour enfants. Bonne literie. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il semble qu'elle soit bien équipée. Par contre il n etait pas stipulé dans l annonce que l appartement ne procédait pas de volets donc tres difficile de dormir et de rafraichir l appartement(vu qu il n'y a de clim). L appartement a besoin d'un bon nettoyage (blattes) et d'être rafraichit. Place de parking non nominative...

"we were met promptly on the time arranged between us and owner. once in the apartment were shown around and things explained to us. apartment keys were were enough to be given a set each. Lovely apartment , Well equipped could not get better. We were given a welcome bottle of wine which was a very nice added touch . Only one down fall is aircon was only in the living area with the fold down bed so the rooms had no aircon and found this to be very stuffy. this is in a prime location, beach on the...
