"Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks ."

"Had a great stay in the villa. Its situated in a quiet area which was great and the facilities were spot on, just as advertised (although the photos listed on the advertisment didnt do it justice). There were a couple of areas of maintainace that require sorting such as a loose door handle in tbe familly bedroom and a leaky air con unit in the living room but overall the villa is a very pleasent place to stay. We may be looking to book it again for next year."

"We had a lovely time staying in Monte Pego. The views from the house really are breathtaking. The photos don’t truly do it justice! When we first walked into the house and saw the views across the pool we were giddy. This trip was poignant for our family after the loss of our father. The property is very private and quiet, just what we needed. Overall the house was great, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. "We had a good stay, it was quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of things damaged from the previous tenant which wasn't a great impression. The lock on the door broke which meant extra vigilance was needed to avoid getting locked in or out, and the pool was not clear which we pointed out within 5 minutes of our arrival, Claire was responsive but it still took 3 days until the pool guy put something in the pool specifically to clear it. I just put it down to bad luck but I was on holiday...

"Advert is very accurate. The interior is a bit dated, but the pictures reflect that. Excellent location, with beautiful views. Ample accommodation, with 2 kitchens and loads of outdoor space. A stone's throw from the water, we had a great time. A beautiful place. "

"We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay."

"A lovely peaceful place to stay with beautiful views"

"The property has the most stunning sea views and everything that a large family would need. The area was exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The property is located on a steephill, and so a pram or buggy for any under 5s is advisable. The pool is lovely and has sufficient shade, with a very shallow side, perfect for younger children. We had several bbqs, enjoying the glorious sea views and views of Altea old town. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this villa again."

"Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress "

"For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."
