The owner was super lovely, welcomed as with a tray of magdalenas (cakes) that lasted for a week and he was very responsive to communication at all times. The house is impressive. You have everything, every detail, very well maintained. The pool was brilliant ! We spent a superb family time. We will come back for sure! :)"

"At the first sight the house looked light and had a Beautiful view over the sea from the kitchen and on the other side you can see the mountains. It had a lot of privacy and a big swimming pool. But after settling in we noticed a lot of deferred maintenance. There would be 3 bathrooms. Instead there were 2. Several things were broken. Our bedroom floor and a closet had a lot of water damage. After a view days it started raining and the whole floor was full of water. My new shoes where damaged...

"Ich wurde leider nur von der Putzfrau begrüsst, die mir in 2 Minuten das Haus zeigte und wieder ging, sie konnte auch keine Sprache aus Spanisch. Auf meine Anfragen wegen verschiedenen Problemen wurde auch nur halbwegs geantwortet. Bei der Abreise kam keiner, ich versteckte den Schlüssel und fuhr. Die untere Etage war leider alt und abgewohnt, die obere aber top mit super Aussicht auf Calpe's Strand und den Berg. Super Pool und von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt. "Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress "

"For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."
