"Great apartment with sea view. The exterior and kitchen/bathrooms need refreshing and powerpoints in the kitchen rethinking for example the kettle/toaster with unavoidable trailing wires so we had to take extra care and limit usage. Perhaps a quick solution for this would be to provide a non-electric kettle for the hob and some extra shelf space near the power socket for the toaster. There are 92 apartments at the site... the majority of which are in private ownership... and some of these are REALLY good apartments, up to date, safe and well maintained internally...
