"Schöne, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin Mariella ist sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich zu gestalten. Zur Begrüßung standen ein paar Dolci mit einem Kärtchen auf dem Tisch und auch zum Abschied stand ein kleines Präsent vor der Tür, weil sie sich nicht persönlich verabschieden konnte. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. "We really enjoyed our stay at Lina’s apartment. She is such a kind and generous host and went out of her way to make our stay so lovely. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, and has stunning views of Lake Como. Lina spent lots of time providing suggestions of things to do and how to get there. "We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again."

"Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!"
