"We had a wonderful time in Verona, in great part due to Truly Verona. We were welcomed with all the information we needed in terms of what to visit and do in Verona, with clear details on the map. Then we were accompanied to the lovely apartment where we were shown all the things we needed to know there. The place is new, very nicely designed and furnished. It is located very close to the bus that goes to the train station and not far from the city center. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of light. It is situated in a quiet street. The day we left, it was raining, and we were offered an umbrella so we would not get wet on our departure. It was all details."

"We really had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and easy to access. It is in the city center. Just 5 minutes walk going to Juliet’s house and 7 minutes by bus going to the train station and 5 minutes by taxi. The property was clean, spacious and well provided with toiletries. The receptionists were accommodating. "

"Wanted a base near the train station which is a little over 5mins walk. Read some reviews saying rooms were dated but ours was in good condition. Like the impressive reception and bar area. Good breakfast choices - scrambled egg, sausages and (wafer thin) bacon along what usual meats, cheeses and bread. Gym was adequate for a hotel with what seemed fairly new equipment. Staff we seen were friendly. "
