"We loved our stay at Mamie Megève. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. Initially we had thought it might have been an issue having to get a shuttle to the slopes but they were regular and really easy. Special shoutout to Miloud, a driver from a neighbouring hotel (L’ambrosie) who picked us up from the slopes and took us back to Mamie Megeve. He was very friendly and really helped us out as we were really tired from a whole day of skiing. Would definitely recommend staying at M.M and hope to come back here in the future."

"Parking for my car is not easy "

"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else. "

"Incredible stay in Megeve. Small property with 5* amenities & dining. The shuttle will take you most places and takes the hassle out of going off property for dinner. This property also gives you access to a private locker room at the Mont d’Arbois ski area which is huge. Ask for Anthony, he is incredibly helpful with skiing and restaurant recommendations."

The town itself is quite limited in dining options, and the food is rather basic, so don’t expect a culinary highlight. That said, the hotel provides a clean and comfortable stay at a very reasonable cost, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for affordability and don’t mind the extra travel to the ski areas."
