"Lorsqu'on arrive dans cet établissement, nous avons un accueil sympathique du gérant, et apres .... l'horreur ! L'hotel n'est pas entretenu, il y a encore sur une table le buffet petit dejeuner avec le pain, des céréales, et rien n'est nettoyé. Nous montons dans les chambres, passage dans la restaurant plutot sale et devant les toilettes remplis de mexxx! Il y a une odeur de remontée degouts dans les couloirs, et le sol n'a clairement pas vue d'aspirateur depuis plusieurs jours. La chambre...

"Great place for our family of 3 generations & 9 people. Everyone loved the pool! Convenient for trips into Annecy or tour around lake. More restaurants nearby than expected- but plan on reservations. The HEAT! We’d rather not discuss.....but it was record breaking for France....."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"
