"We would highly recommend staying at La Civetta. We had the Breakfast at Tiffany room and it was amazing. It was really comfortable and right in the heart of Foggia. We found it no problem. The breakfast was a welcome added bonus and a nice way to start the day. "

"The staff I presume a couple spoke no other language but Italian. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and I had to get expedía involved even though I had already paid. "NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! IT IS A SCAM! They refuse to meet you at the property to check you in AND DEMAND you TEXT them pictures of your passport, otherwise they will not let you in. They ignored my calls trying to reach them as they address listed and their actual address is not the same. When they actually answered the phone and not decline my calls, I was told I only cause confusion and that I did this to myself… all because I wouldn’t provide my passport unless it was in person. "The manger Franccesca is very communicative. I understood my late arrival and waited for me. She was a great help regarding my travel iteninary to San Giovanni Rotondo. "Upon arrival I ran the bell and no answer even though the lobby was supposed of been opened at 7:30. Arrived around 1130. Had to call the number listed on the front of the building. Person who answered told me I did not have a reservation. I said yes I did I have a confirmation number. He said OK I’ll be there in five minutes. Took him 10 to 15 minutes. Then he had us walk around the building to another entry which turned out to be another B&B. He had us meet with the lady she took us upstairs...
