"The staff I presume a couple spoke no other language but Italian. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and I had to get expedía involved even though I had already paid. I booked a superior quadruple room but was not allowed to have a 1 to stay overnight or even to visit , however, they allowed others to have visitors and I even a saw a group of their friends watch a rugby game. "Upon arrival I ran the bell and no answer even though the lobby was supposed of been opened at 7:30. Arrived around 1130. Had to call the number listed on the front of the building. Person who answered told me I did not have a reservation. I said yes I did I have a confirmation number. He said OK I’ll be there in five minutes. Took him 10 to 15 minutes. Then he had us walk around the building to another entry which turned out to be another B&B. He had us meet with the lady she took us upstairs...
