"Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. He was in constant touch with us as we made our way in to Monopoli by train, and then even came out of his way to greet us after our late evening arrival. He also gave us numerous ideas for nearby places to eat. Our apartment was beautiful - clean, modern, and large (by European standards).
