Elevator was accessible. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of shopping and eating just steps outside of the door. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"What a wonderful little apartment in the heart of Palermo! We were really impressed with how close this place was to the Balaro market as well as Via Maqueda. Massimo was a wonderful host and the kitchen is well equipped - we made a nice pot of soup with veggies from the market! The beds are large, which is harder to find in Italy. We’d definitely stay here again! "

I went back down and questioned the man at the desk and was told that there was trouble with the water lines. We were unable to get the air conditioner to turn on.
