Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. On the day of departure 03:45, the cheerful receptionist met us at the elevator to help us with our luggage. Done. There’s in-house restaurant and spa. A gourmet prepared meal in a highly tourist area. We didn’t have time for spa...

"The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant."
