"We really wanted to enjoy this property, however the property wasn’t what was advertised so we could not. This property is a single family home turned into two separate rentals. Both renting parties share parking, outdoor spaces, and pool. While the host was prompt with their responses, we did not get a welcome feeling from them. "What a wonderful stay we had! We had a most amazing week in this newly built house, where all our stresses melted away. The house is as described, comfortable furniture (the double bed was so comfortable, we slept very well!) and we had everything we needed. "This is a lovely rustic property with a beautiful outdoor area including plenty of seating areas and an adequate sized pool. A car is needed. The owners were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to meet us late at night as our flight was delayed. We really appreciated the cake and port - thank you!"

"The property location was great, with the beach right outside and lots of shops, restaurants and things for the kids to do. The hotel/apartment itself was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Everyday staff would check in on us and ensure we have everything we need (clean towels, toilet paper washing up liquid, bins changed etc). "A lovely museum house and very welcoming environment. Lily was there waiting for me and did a tour of the house of the late Artist. It was a very unique stay. Kitchen was replenished for guests to use. Thank you for a lovey experience."

"Good location. Very nice room. Difficult to unload as the hotel frontage is in a very tight street. Parking is available but you have to use a card key (borrowed from the front desk) to park your car at the mall parking lot across the street. It is a bit of a challenge navigating to the hotel and the mall."

"Upon check-in we were greeted by Christiana-she was exceptional and hopefully a valued employee! Top notch. She reviewed everything and shared a few things going on in the area that might be worth a visit. Upon coming and going at the hotel she asked us how our day was and made sure we were always all set. We had dinner at the restaurant-our waitress was amazing. Friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. We didn’t finish our wine & cheese/olives/bread board so she offered to pack it up so we could take back to our room. Lovely experience and the food was spectacular. My husband got the beef and mushrooms and I got the salmon-both our dishes were wonderful. Lovely little village-worth a stay as it’s a short drive to Porto without all the hustle and bustle of a city. "
