Jacopo and family were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our stay was personalized (a few examples: he decorated with balloons for our daughter's birthday, he provided us with vegetables from the garden, and purchased a toaster when we mentioned we liked toast at breakfast). We enjoyed touring the property and were astounded by the history. Jacopo's knowledge of the area was exceptional and he made going on excursions easy with a booklet of suggestions and directions. We enjoyed the camaraderie and conversation as well! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay and we will definitely recommend to friends who tour Northern Italy! "

"Beautiful hotel with excellent continental breakfast. My friends staying in an air bnb came each morning for breakfast (10€ per person), and our Italian friend even brought her children. The staff were very accommodating, and the kids loved the choice - it was probably their favourite part of our visit. The staff were also very helpful, as they was a transport strike the day I left, but they helped me find a taxi."
