Seems like they have 2 receptionist for 4 hotels, moving from one place to another. 2. Kitchen & "Office for reception" is one and the same place. 3. Dirty, with layers of dust in some places. 4. "Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. "A beautiful place to stay. We loved the history of the tower and it looked magical lit up at night. Communication was great and staff were helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. We walked to the tower from Padova centre and also walked to our concert venue in the evening. We wished we could have stayed for longer. "

I booked this thinking that we would have the apartment to ourselves, but there were other guests there. It was very similar to a hostel, even though it was not listed as such.
