"The curtains and blinds in the room made itvery dark which was fabulous for sleeping. Only 1 light worked in the bathroom which was tricky. There was only 1 saucepan and the lid didnt fit so cooking was difficult. The location was perfect for where we needed to get to. Front desk staff were very polite and very helpful. "

"After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient."

"GPS guides drivers to the front of the apartment which is on the main road, I had to find my own way to the back of the apartment where there was parking. That’s all, the gps needs to be guiding people to the rear and not to the front "

"Very close to Brunswick Mall down a dead end street. Easy parking. Would have been better to get “electronic key” slightly earlier than check in time. Only received it at 2.05pm (check in at 2 pm) and took a good 5 mins to sort out downloading and how to use it and then to park. We were in the room at 2.20pm. Often didn’t work first time at the locks. No explanation of needing to use it on the lifts. Stickers everywhere explaining everything from how to use the aircons to turning off the...
