"we arrived there at noon and there was no room available till 2:00 pm. But it was OK because we could have lunch while waiting for our room. the room was clean, nothing extra, no Kleenex box, no soap and mini bar was empty (just complementary water). "First the bad points: It's a small 'business' type hotel as opposed to a fun family holiday hotel (this a good point as well). There is no entertainment or animations team so your children will be bored all day and evening as you will be in the evenings. Areas around the bar and pool were very smoke filled all the time. Surfaces wet and slippery at times although staff do their best to keep clean. Food was not interesting at all and limited in variety so avoid 'All Inclusive' especially if...
