"My husband and I rented Barbara's cottage during our trip to Piemonte. When we arrived, we were met by both Barbara and her son, Luca. Barbara was most gracious and offered to help with any questions or concerns that we had. She gave us a tour of the property and introduced us to "Pasqualina" (the goat) and told us to let her know if we needed anything. We found the fridge stocked with food, coffee and various treats. "I cannot adequately put into words the perfection that was our stay here. Barbara and her family are the most genuine, kind people, and you can tell they love what they do; Barbara has spared no detail in every room of the apartment, from flower petals in the ice cubes (!) to flowers, candies, and handwritten notes throughout the house. The home was built by a family member and includes a large Italian marble floor (so exquisite!). The kitchen was fully stocked with all we'd need to cook a meal...

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "
