"قدمت للفندق ولم يجد الموظف اسمي لديه ولا يعرف تطبيق هوتلز وبعد حوار طال لمدة ساعتين وتحويلي لفندق آخر لهم ورجوعي له مرة أخرى وبعد الاتصال على هوتلز أدخلني الفندق واعطاني آخر غرفه لديه في الدور الارضي وتكييفها سيئ للغاية ( توجيه التكييف على السرير مباشرة ) . الافطار سيئ للغاية لم أجده بأسوء الفنادق عالمياً ولا افطار مدارس . الفندق أصنفه بلا نجوم ."
