"I like the hotel itself. It is clean, safe and the staff is very friendly. The only point is its remoteness; there is really nothing to do there except all ministries. If you are on business here; perfectly located. Use a taxi app since the hotel has its own expensive service."

"At the check-in there was a delay due to offered a double bed room. My booking for a Twin beds. The overall stay was good, but music was heard every night from a bar or disco until late at night. The room was missing towel and took me several calls but not delivered. The breakfast was good of variety of food for different taste. Overall not to the standard for Radisson chain of hotels which I stayed before."

The front desk arranged a reasonable round trip price and I was relieved to have that piece of business so easily accomplished. The gym was spacious and in use. "Nice, clean hotel in Muscat. The rooms are very spacious. Beds were a bit hard and pillows not great, but overall a good sleep. The shower and tub/shower both didn't have shower curtains so the floor got wet. There were no face cloths, but they had shampoo & body wash. There were 2 bottles of water per day in your room along with a kettle to make coffee or tea (provided). The "balcony" is fully fenced with 2 windows that open slightly, not a lot of natural light in the room. There is a couch...
